Microneedling

Microneedling

Our Microneedling treatment will help improve the texture, tone, and smooth appearance of your skin. Over time our body will start to lose collagen and our skin will begin to lose definition and tone. When we apply our Microneedling technique it helps your  body produce collagen again, restoring a youthful appearance on the treated area.

Microneedling

WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING?

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, uses tiny needles to safely and precisely create controlled micro-injuries to the skin, triggering new collagen production.

Microneedling is used to:

  • reduce pigmentation
  • improve scars and stretch marks

The practitioners at Divine Med Spa are highly-trained experts in microneedling who will work with you to achieve your desired results.

PRP / PRFM

PRP

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) has been used in Europe with great success since the 1980’s. Initially used for orthopedic injuries and to enhance wound healing, the use of PRP in the aesthetic arena emerged upon seeing its rejuvenative effects. Platelets are rich in growth factors, which are a key component in tissue regeneration. PRP is an autologous treatment, meaning that the source of origin is the patient’s own body.

Patients see substantial improvement in fine lines, wrinkles, under eye bags and circles, hyperpigmentation, scarring and overall skin texture and appearance.

PRFM

We also use PRFM, which is dubbed the “next level” PRP - a fibrin matrix that is able to build more collagen than traditional PRP. PRFM is often added onto ablative laser treatments to minimize downtime, as well as used to enhance the effects of microneedling and microneedle RF treatments.
